Attempted to call back as I had just filed a complaint about an issue with Walmart Grocery Delivery. Call doesn't ID itself as Walmart when they are calling, but did identify themselves as Customer Service upon automated answering. I never got past their "phone tree." They asked if I was calling about an order, and I said yes, and they kept repeating, "Sorry, I didn't hear that." So I repeated Yes more loudly. Still "sorry I didn't hear that. I also tried saying, "I am returning your call," and "Customer Service," both with the same response. Usually Walmart customer service is pretty good if you get hold of a representative, but they are obviously having a bad day,
