I got a recorded message not saying who they are but state they missed over my documents to be served me and am giving me 2 hrs to contact them before they have them sent or served to me again. Robocall that seems to be able to bypass the fact that I have listed it as a blocked number. Lately, they have not even started their recording right away, but they take a long time to begin. I guess to bypass the rings or the transfer to voice mail. Either way they are annoying, and have also violated the 'Do Not Call' listing of my number. The fact that they seem to have implemented some form of code to bypass the block, indicates possible malicious capability if not intent.
