i got a text from 800-867-7183 with no identifying company or person, just a message as follows: "Please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-867-7183 to complete this transaction." like an idiot, i suppose, i called the number and was told via recording or robocall that they were with tracfone and that i would have to wait 5 minutes to talk to a real person. so i guess that when i get a text telling me i need to call to call to complete "this transaction" i don't expect to be told i needed to wait at least 5 minutes to connect with a live person. there is enough stuff to worry about nowadays without this kind of time-consuming stuff.
