Said from Bank Of America, Not Bank of America, when questioned, hung up!
Pretending to be Capitol One credit card company. Hung up and blocked number.
This phone number would not confirm what company they were with until I gave my date of birth and address on a recorded line.
No banks will call and offer you a lower interest rate most likely calls from people that represent Banks are not legit they usually ask you for your expectation date first don't bother just hang up if you want a lower interest rate call your credit card provider on the back of your card.
Robo called said my SS# has been suspended and to talk to a representative to press 1. I did and a lady came on talking so fast I had to ask repeatedly what she said. She asked for my name. I told her she called me she should know who I am. She called me by my last name and asked if I would hold please. I laughed at her and said sure. The phone went on hold and a min later went to a fast busy signal.
