Who called me from this phone number (800) 841-4236

I got a call from this number. It was a recording that knew my name, not a live person (they might have hacked into a medical data base). The recording said that I owed over $70 and no live person was available to talk to me. A robo call, saying that I owe money?????? I would have received a bill by my health care provider. This smells like a scam. I will check with my health care provider before sending this clown organization any money.
