Complaints about Phone Numbers800-800-####

I received a call from this number after I hung up from a previous call with the same person. He wanted to combine all my CC debt into a consolidated loan. The trouble was I had an extremely small amount on my CC debt so I knew he wasn't from any CC company. I told him I wasn't interested. The 1st guy was an Indian dude who could barely speak English whereas the guy he transferred me to had almost no accent.

I've been getting calls from this number for 5 days now. I get at least 4-5 calls a day.

Pain in the butt!! This num er calls a minimum of 5 times a day but never leaves a message. This has got to stop!!!

We received three calls in a row from this number within an hour. The second and third time we answered the phone to find out info about the scam (which was obvious from the number). They claimed to be from Apple and both foreigners talked a good story, even inviting me to call Apple to verify they were legit. We were told that someone was hacking our iCloud account, and that our account had several laptops, phones, and watches being used on our iCloud account. They gave me directions to go on the net and connect with them through Apple. Only to do so we needed to input a specific number to be connected so that they could log on with us. I gave them false information and quizzed them as to how they had our information, which was only our name and the phone number that they called. I was given their names, "badge" numbers, and contact numbers to call them back. What are the odds that both guys had the same name? Anywho, I called Apple support while on the phone with the first guy, and he waited for me to verify him, but after 25 minutes of waiting on Apple to answer, I gave up. Guessing this is known to them that Apple takes forever to answer, so the odds are that with all the information they gave me, perhaps I would just assume they were legit. Nope. I told the second guy that they have been calling me all morning and when could I expect the calls to stop, he replied when the problem was fixed. Haven't heard back since. The first guy gave me his call back number as 909-506-3526.

The voicemail said “ “To opt out at any time by this is Nicole to leave at the mercy of mortgage Corporation _?_?_?_?_?_ of you do a recent inquiry for mortgage approval I have a question just want to talk to me now or call me back at 800-800-9312 extension 6076 I'll be in the office from 9 AM to 7 PM I look forward to your call to opt out the file 877-972-8384…”

People call and don't awnser. Irritating!
