Complaints about Phone Numbers800-798-####

Got a call from ?(800) 798-6517? (sounds robotic) saying my social security # has been compromised. They have you press 1 which gets you to a live person. Then they act as if you called them. They ask for your name and phone number. I didn’t give them anything. I said you called me. You verify who you’re calling for. They get very aggressive and eventually hang up when they realize they won’t get anything from you.

I've been receiving 10 calls every 5 minutes all saying that my social security number is going to be cancelled. I haven't called back. I need to figure out how to stop them from coming through completely
