This is a scam to gain access to your computer...do not answer. Once they get you to answer they do not quit. I was actually scammed by these people.They portray themselves as Geeks Advisors and techs for Microsoft.
I keep getting calls from this number saying I owe them money. The amount varies each time and they want a Wal Mart gift card sent ASAP or they will debit my checking account. I am one of the unlucky ones who fell for a computer virus and I did get scammed by Geek Advisors and did pay some money now they want more. They represented themselves as Microsoft and I fell for it. I have talked with Sam, Marshall, Sarah and Sylvia. Each time they call it's always a different person. They represent themselves as SMBIZ Softward in North Hollywood, CA and Microspeeres,LLC in Brookland AR.
