This is a scam to gain access to your computer...do not answer. Once they get you to answer they do not quit. I was actually scammed by these people.They portray themselves as Geeks Advisors and techs for Microsoft.

They said my social security number has been suspended and there was a warrant out for my arrest and I had to talk to an agent. I just hung up they called me again and left a message when I ignored it.
