A account from way back in the 1990, that is no longer on my credit report. Try to collect funds, threatening to issue warrant and have me arrested.
First part of message is missing, all I heard on voicemail is: issue, now if we don't hear a call from you, we will have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested, so if you want to talk to an officer directly press 1 to connect your call. Message ends.
