1-800-772-4242 is a recorded call that states your SS# will be suspended and an arrest warrant issued. After selecting 1 and being transferred to a person that did not speak good English, they ask for my last four of SS#. They said they are going to arrest me if I did not comply or I think that's what was said.
Subject impersonated a treasury agent, threatened me with arrest. Subject proceeded to provide fraudulent IRS "badge number" and then hung up after I informed him I was a Federal Officer with DHS.
They were going to have me arrested if I didn't talk with them and verify my ss number.. I waited until a person came on line and threatened me. Then I stated, B.S., I'm calling the police now to turn you in. The hung up IMMEDIATELY!
He called from 18007721219. Said I’m in trouble and a warrant would be out for my arrest if I didn’t call him back at some #920-203-0503. He sounds like apou from the tv show the Simpson’s. “Thank you very much! Come again!
Same thing as the others, my 80 year old mother was contacted by a male who said that he needed her ss#. Scum on top of the pond.
Called about illegal action on my SS#
Looked legit being an 800 number but sent it to VM anyway. It was a SSN scam.
Left a message about social security # being used and it being suspended. Have no idea if it is true or not assume it isn't.
