Frontier advised that I contact you regarding a call that showed up on my bill that I did not make. The call was made after 6 PM. My business is closed after 4:30 PM and no one is here until the next day. Frontier was unable to tell me the number only that it was out of the local area (309-263). Is there anyway to find out who the call went to? My phone number is 309-263-7046. The charge is only a penny but I'm just curious how something like this can happen. Thank you for your assistance.
