Who called me from this phone number (800) 725-7910

I filed an FTC complaint - the Robo Call left the following fallacious message on my phone: "This is your notice that the IRS notice of intent to levy your property or rights to property has been filed against you. Please contact the Tax Payers Advocates of an IRS Settlement at 800-725-7910 immediately. Please contact the Tax Payers Advocates of an IRS Settlement at 800-725-7910 immediately." And no, I don't have a tax lien or levy against me. This is a hoax.
