got a call as well immediately hung up when I answered. also received an email that look pretty legitimate with this number in it, but the url look phishy as well as not being able to find this number on adt's actual website, be suspicious...
I got a call from +1 (800) 724-7565 stating that was ADT and my keyboard need to be changed, no password was asked, no address, so I did not give any of my information to them. I see some people are reporting this number but when I check in my ADT online account certainly an appointment was made for the same day and time that the agent said.
Recording stated ADT needed to update my home security access pad at no charge. Pressed 1 to transfer to a live person to set an appointment and no credentials were given by the operator so I eventually hung up.

Got a recorded message saying from ADT to replace cellular communicator for my system. I have already had this done and it was thorough a totally different phone number I verified with ADT. I don’t know who this phone number is for. Seems extremely suspicious.
