This number called me while I was eating about an hour ago before redirecting me to someone telling me about my overdue student loans. I made arrangements with a woman for me to log in and complete a form after confirming all my information. Upon attempting to log in, I was told my input birthday was incorrect, and they had the wrong phone number and email address, and the security questions were all unrelated to me. Concerned, I dialed a second number at 18004333243 to possibly get it corrected. A man collected my social security number and birth date before putting me on hold for 6 minutes and then hanging up without another word. I was willing to work with them but now I am concerned over my privacy and their incompetence.
