Who called me from this phone number (800) 696-7937

Pretends to be from the Social Security Administration claiming the SSN has been compromised. Prompts the user to use dial pad, at which point a robo-call activates. The robocall has a noticeable foreign accent and is played over a lot of background noise simulating busy office environment.
