ROBOCALL Claims to be Priority Health asking for someone who doesn't live here. This seems to be one of those "check to see if anyone answers" call to make a list of legitimate phone numbers to sell to spammers. 800-685-0056 is also used by other robocallers. I get calls from the number 3-5 times every week.
