Who called me from this phone number (800) 681-8156

I didn't answer, but the caller ID showed up as "State Department Fed."

Got two automated calls from this number claiming to be from the fraud detection unit at my bank and wanting to check recent account activity. When I called back, got an automated message asking for personally identifying information for "verification purposes." Hung up and called my bank which verified this was a phishing scam, and advised me not to respond to any further calls/texts/emails.
