Who called me from this phone number (800) 658-5697

This number called my cell to say they had been trying to call me about a refund and Wii kly rattled off a California toll number. Except I have paid for any kind of service in the form of $199 or more.

these guys pretended to be a power company and told me they where cutting off my power. they wanted 1006$ I asked to speak to a MANAGER AND THEY HUNG UP. THIS IS A SCAM. I ALMOST PAID IT. They were very convincing. something should be done about this.
