Who called me from this phone number (800) 652-6978

Claim to be Optima Tax Relief, calla are non stop every 2 hours Daily even when blocked. Never given my number but yet they seem to have. Probably someone in India somewhere scamming but I’m reporting the number to the attorney general if it doesn’t stop.
