My Wife uses a sort of CPAP Machine. Message left was tinker bell music; nothing more. CID: Adherence Coach and comments left elsewhere identify the caller as Rotech Health Care. That's All I know. Got Me!
Robo call and message requesting call back to “adherence coach” with vague details. No company mentioned. Upon call back, I was put on hold with messages stating they were helping other callers. My medical provider states they are unaware of this service.

The caller id said "Adherence Coach," but the message was to replace the CPAP machine that was recalled. It turned out to be a valid call. Phillips is probably using this company to call their customers.
