Who called me from this phone number (800) 642-4578

Caller ID said First National Bank but the person sounded like a gangster, didn't even ask for any certain person, just said I owed money. I told him I don't have an account there and he said, "We got the deed." I told him wrong number and hung up. Very suspicious sounding, not professional at all.
