Just received a call stating my credit card inquiry needed additional attention. I don't have the credit card they alleged had the issue, and they called on a telephone that is unlisted and not associated with finances. Total scam.
The FTC has logged 17 complaints against 800-641-5359. The majority of complaints (82%) flagged this as a robocall. The last of these complaints was submitted on January 22, 2021.
