Who called me from this phone number (800) 579-0210

They call and say they are from Con Edison and your gas utility will be cut off for non payment. Lol, they called someone who doesn't even have their name on the account. Idiots. They even give a work order number and a badge number. I'm calling them to mess with them right now...
