Who called me from this phone number (800) 578-4664

Received a call from 800-578-4664 saying there was suspect activity on my apple iCloud account and not to do any financial transactions and to speak to a representative. I was transferred to a rep. they asked me what the problem was. I said I didn't have a problem. I received a message saying suspect activity to my iCloud account. Their response "okay bye bye". Definitely not apple - you could hear several people speaking in the background - like a call center.
