Its a scam. It says your ssn will be permanently blocked unless you call them by pressing 1.
It is a type of robocall, but it is United Healthcare's Optum Rx mail order pharmacy. Not a spam call. Just notifying that they are shipping meds. Hope this helps y'all!
I was on a site that was offering free coupons and it said that someone would call and he asked if I had trouble with my computer and I said no and he still would not hang up. He has not been permanently blocked for sure.
