I got a letter from an organization called "Departamento de Programa Pandemico" offering me to help me reducing my Electricity bill because of the pandemic and gave me information about my "case" and how to contact them on this number, which is owned by someone else. This sounds to me like an scam. Letter is dated in Nov 9, 2020. I also live in Texas.

my mother received a letter from "programa latino de asistencia" (https://www.programalatino.org/contactenos) offering to help reduce the electric bill up to 2,400- they also talked about solar panels. i think its just a scam to get people to buy solar panels.
