Very rude individual (Russell) claimed to be selling advertising for a local radio station to increase awareness for blood drive donations. When I corrected him as the name of my company changed a number of years ago, he got angry and hung up on me. He obviously is not interested in helping our local area increase blood donations.
got a call from 1-800-544-5693 was very nice at first until I told him the person he asked for was not here. He LOUDLY slammed down the phone. RUDE!!!!!!!
