Who called me from this phone number (800) 533-7606

Alliance/Walgreens RX; NOT the retail consumer pharmacy. This is the pharmacy branch that supplies physician prescribed/administered medications; it's a robo call, yes, but not the garbage type. I suspect, due to the medication's astonishingly high cost it's a method of deterring excess ordering under patient's name/insurance. Legit. call.
