Who called me from this phone number (800) 515-3586

Have received numerous calls the past 3 months. Person always leaves message to "call 800-515-3586 or go to website www.drssol.com and enter your info on our Do Not Call list". On my caller id, the number is identified as DRS TECHNOLOGY. Also have received calls from 800-851-3586 for the same "company".
