These people are total scam artists. They first act like they are trying to help you. Then they ask for remote access to your computer. They then act like they are scanning your computer for viruses. Then all of a sudden, up pops 'Russia'. Yes, they claim you have been hacked by the Russians, supposedly just like the Russians hacked U.S. computers in 2020. They will try to steal your information, plant mini-programs on your computer and then try to charge you almost $800 for a lifetime of service. And yes, they sound like they have 'Indian' (or south Asian) accents.
Its a scam, constant calls. Always say its court papers and you have missed a date. FYI the court doesn't call you to tell you missed a date.
