Complaints about Phone Numbers800-478-####

Robocall pretending to be from Amazon customer service saying that account appears to be compromised.

Received a call from 800-478-7204 and spoke to David who stated that if I do not cancel the Microsoft program that I am being charged 298.00 and it will come out of my account when I asked what account and please verify the last four digits he could not. this was a manager I was speaking to. His employee id #DN1578 based out of California he stated. They wanted to get into my computer to stop the transaction from my bank. I told him I will look into this and hung up and never called them back.
