Veteran “account resolution department”

I get a call from this number every day, sometimes twice a day. I am on the do not call list and I am tired of them calling. I have caller ID and I don't answer if it is an unknown number. No message is ever left.

Claiming to be Apple support and saying credit card compromised. Automated call with option to press 1 to speak to “a representative”.

My google cloud account was compromised and I need to be careful with my financial info. bank accounts and credit cards

Called at 5:19 AM on my other phone. Is it legal call before traditional business hours?

Left a voice mail that they were a debt collection agency but didn't say who they were trying to reach. I am totally debt free and called them back to get my number removed from the system. They kept asking me who I was, which I refused to divulge, but would not tell me who they were trying to contact.
