Who called me from this phone number (800) 476-0360

Scam telling me they were from Excel Energy and they were at my house to turn off my electricity unless I gave them money. They phone number prompts and hold music sound just like Excel when you call the number back. Call Excel yourself and find out your account balance. Excel will never threaten to shut off your electricity like that anyway!
