Who called me from this phone number (800) 466-9495

Said they were from Delmarva power and my bill was past due

Recorded message saying (partial due to my voice mail greeting) something like this, "......pay your outstanding bill immediately. To talk to someone, press 4, or go on line to atlanticcityelectric.com." I know I am current on all my utilities. It has to be a scam.
