At least 42 consumers from Ohio, California, Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and 19 other states reported phone number 800-462-2016 to the Federal Trade Commission. 69% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on March 14, 2020.

Received a call to our land line. Caller ID: Toll Free Call. I answered out of curiosity. On the other end was a recorded electronic female voice telling me "she" was "Olivia" from my Visa / Mastercard service. Since neither I nor my husband have the land line number associated with our credit cards, it was obviously a scam call. I ended the call and have blocked the number.
