Who called me from this phone number (800) 460-4992

Part of the Card Services Solutions / Superior Payment Solutions group of scammers and robocallers. They promise zero-percent-for-life balance transfers. It takes months or longer before people complain and report them to BBB and elsewhere, after which they'll shut down the website and start using a different name. Sometimes people are charged a second time for a second transfer! They break the law not only by calling people on the DNC Registry, for which consumers can sue for thousands of dollars PER CALL, but they also break the FTC's rule against charging this way for balance transfers.
