SPAM SPOOF “This is Bank of America with a message from the Chinese Voice Department.”
Bank of America’s female voice from their true call system has been stolen and utilized on this recording. “She” then says says “Start Recording now” a sloppy splice edit job masked by music that is NOT BOA used. Then a Chinese message Begins.
