I received a call from a Tom Wells who said he was with the Treasury Department as Publishers Clearing House Commission; was notifying me of my 2.5mil. He secured me a
sponsor, Rita Cinninni of Bay City, Mi who sent me a check for $17,500. I deposited it and used my debit card to purchase gift cards; after a few days I was notified that her check was
being returned as "account closed" which meant my account was in jeopardy, frozen mode
due to my debit charges to purchase the gift cards being returned. He or Rita owe me $17,500. They have been reported to authorities as scammers.
