Received a call from this telephone number. Monitored the call while my telephone system's auto attendant was doing it's thing. Credit card rate reduction offer.

Call to reduce credit card rates, but no option to opt out of future calls. When i call the number i get att universal card services, when i request they unsubscribe my number they hang up.
