Who called me from this phone number (800) 351-9490

got a call from a scam likely unknown number telling me to call this number 800-351-9490 because me electric bill with xcel energy has not been paid and is going to be disconnected... I asked for her name (hispanic latin accent) and she said her name was jamie but probably a bogus name. I never called the 800 number.. karma to them. I dont know what to do.. how do you report this?
