Very poor Customer Service. I called the 800-345-6443 and never talked to anybody. I just sat there for 20 mins listening to mind numbing Music. I just hung up! Followup on the replacement Dream Machine order I placed OVER a year ago. Again, very poor Customer Support. I think it’s time I call your CEO. I stoped using the Dream Machine. I am a Disabled Vietnam Veteran and the Veterans Administration Doctor is upset that I stopped using it. Please send me the updated SAFE machine to use for my sleep apnea. Dream Machine.
