Who called me from this phone number (800) 338-1967

The text message said I was eligible "to extend my auto warranty," and I should call "to avoid coverage termination." I called to inquire about my eligibility. When I found out that the warranty did not meet my needs, the fellow on the other end became beligerent and verbally abusive. He insutled me, my intelligence, and pontificated on his misperception of my reason for calling. He refused to let me speak to his supervisor.
