Who called me from this phone number (800) 328-9315

I blocked this number on my phone and I still get a daily call from them. I called them back and demanded to be taken off the call list. Now they call me twice a day. they show up as a local number when calling in. I was informed if you answer, or call the number back it just puts you back in the queue for calling. Have reported to the Do not call registry.

I received a call from a man named Jim saying he was from complete medical solutions and that he had benefit for me to help me with my pain. Did not call back
