I will confirm that number is legitimate for CFNA. However, it is a terrible call ... it sounds like spam, there is a delay, sometimes 10 seconds or more before the voice comes on, it doesn't mention this is in reference to your Firestone card or that there may be a late payment. I didn't even recognize CFNA so totally ignored the calls, then figured out it was related to Firestone when they kept calling. Second issue, most of my other cards allow setting up an automatic payment, so if you ever get a charge it will pay, but it won't pay if there is no balance. This keeps you out of the late payment issue. I almost never use this card and now even more so because payments are such a pain and if you don't remember to go look them up, it is easy to miss a payment or forget all about it. Bottom line, it isn't spam, but it is a very poor customer experience overall.
800-321-1150 is a legitimate caller. It is Credit First National Association. www.cfna.com. You get calls from because you might have a FireStone Credit Card and probably late on your payment. CFNA specializes in automotive repair related credit cards.

8003211150 No message. No information. Unsolicited and unwanted . I am getting more and more calls random. My bills are paid and I am sick of all the scammers, cheats , credit agencies buying records 30 and 40 years old and then stealing from us all. The Government sold us out ,when we have no true protection.
Three calls in one day from these guys. They leave a vague message about an important matter and when you call back, you find it's a spam sales call.
