This is a loan servicing company and by regulation when they call they can't say who they are or whom they represent until they can verify whether they are speaking to the correct contact (borrower). Same thing with messages. If the incoming message mentions the individuals name then they can leave the company name. If not and it's only the ph number they can only leave their name, ph and that it is a personal business mattere.
The gentleman talked really fast and stated he was unable to disclose the name of the company he was with or what the call was about. He did not want to provide the number for a return call but finally did.
