I got a postcard telling me my car was about to be marked as having “pre-existing conditions with mechanical and electrical issues” and that I had to call 800-293-4424 right away! So I called already irritated because I bought an extended warranty and a maintenance package when I bought the car 6 months ago. They had all my info and then asked when my warranty runs out. I said well if you were my warranty company you would know that. They asked again. I said it runs out after I get rid of the car. They said it doesn’t work like that it’s months and miles. I replied it does when you upgrade your car every year! And they hung up!
