If you call 800-288-2020 without dialing a 1 first, you could get sent to this Scam line, pretending to be AT&T / DirecTV support. Don't give them any Credit or Debit info, They will ask for it stating its needed for validation of your account... This is NOT AT&T or DIRECTV.
I got a text message from them stating that my code was xxxxx not to share and to confirm the change on my account
Offering a reduced Direct TV Bill through a promotion sponsored by eBay. Only offered to disgruntled but loyal Direct TV subscribers who wish to reduce their 2nd year contract bill. By paying 3mos in advance using a eBay visa card you can get everything for $109 a month. Neither Direct TV nor AT&T recognizes the phone number nor promotional code given! Phone connection was bad so I asked where they were calling from - they said Philippines. Accents sounded African.
