Who called me from this phone number (800) 267-1632

Got a call from 800-267-1632 advising me that our power would be shut off and to call 888-385-9299. Was told that a payment was mis-posted and if I did not want the power shut off I would need to pay $5,800.00 in cash at a kiosk machine locally.
