Speaking Chinese or Japanese with calm soothing music in the background repeated twice. In about an hour and a half after getting a call from the insurance company that they've been trying to get ahold of me about my insurance records for my vehicle I push to to get on the do not call list and then this call comes through about an hour and a half later
